Saudi Arabia's hospitality sector is expanding fast — luxury hotels, business hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and large tourism developments are opening across Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and the Eastern Province. Behind every smooth-running hotel is a back-of-house that simply works: kitchens that hold up under pressure, refrigeration that never breaks the cold chain, and laundry systems that keep linens moving without delay.
Ace Future Kitchen provides a complete hotel kitchen solution for hospitality operators across Saudi Arabia. We supply commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and laundry equipment from trusted international manufacturers, then handle installation, testing, commissioning, and long-term maintenance — so your hotel's operations run reliably from opening day onward..
Every type of hospitality property has different operational demands, and equipment needs to match how the kitchen actually runs.
Large-scale kitchen operations supporting multiple F&B outlets, banquets, and premium guest service.
Equipment built for high-volume breakfast service and consistent all-day dining.
Multi-kitchen setups supporting restaurants, room service, events, and outdoor dining areas.
Compact, efficient kitchen equipment suited to long-stay guest accommodation.
Flexible equipment setups that fit smaller footprints without compromising output.
Large-scale equipment supply and installation for integrated hotel developments.
Choosing the right equipment determines how well a hotel kitchen performs during both quiet periods and full-occupancy peaks. We supply hotel-grade equipment across every kitchen function:
Combination ovens, ranges, grills, fryers, bratt pans, and tilting kettles for high-volume cooking.
Mixers, slicers, vegetable preparation machines, and food processors for consistent prep work.
Stainless steel workstations, shelving systems, and storage racks built for commercial kitchen environments.
Conveyor dishwashers, hood-type dishwashers, and glass washers sized for hotel volumes.
Buffet counters, heated displays, and serving stations for restaurant and banquet service.
Commercial refrigeration systems ensuring freshness, safety, and efficiency daily..
When planning equipment for a hotel kitchen project, operators typically need to account for
matched to menu and covers per service
for bulk storage, daily use, and frozen goods
Sized to handle peak meal-period cleaning volumes.
for prep, storage, and hygiene compliance
systems suited to the cooking equipment installed
matched to room count and linen turnover
Working through this checklist early helps avoid equipment gaps that cause delays during installation and commissioning.
Commercial kitchens generate significant daily waste, and managing it properly is part of running a compliant hospitality operation.
Reliable refrigeration is one of the most critical parts of any hotel kitchen — especially in Saudi Arabia's climate, where cooling systems run under constant load.
Properly installed refrigeration supports food safety, reduces wastage, maintains temperature consistency, improves energy efficiency, and makes inventory management easier.
Bulk storage for produce, meat, and dairy.
Frozen food storage built for commercial volumes.
Rapid cooling support for food safety compliance.
Convenient access points across the kitchen.
For bars, restaurants, and hospitality service areas.
Hotel laundry operations need to keep pace with daily guest turnover — linens, towels, uniforms, bedding, tablecloths, and other hospitality textiles all move through the same system, every day, without exception.
Built for high-volume daily processing.
Sized for hospitality laundry throughput.
For professional linen presentation.
A properly equipped laundry reduces handling time and supports consistent service quality across the property.
Supplying the right equipment is only part of the job — how it's installed determines how well it performs for years afterward. Our installation process includes
Receiving, inspection, and proper storage of equipment on site
Site MEP coordination with contractors and project teams
Installation of kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry equipment
Start-up, testing, and commissioning of every unit
Staff training on operation and routine maintenance
Throughout every project, our site teams maintain work report sheets and tracker sheets, documenting daily progress and equipment status — giving hotel project managers full visibility from mobilization to handover.
See how we manage projectsHotel kitchen equipment projects often run into the same recurring issues
Equipment delivery timelines not aligning with site readiness or MEP works.
Equipment selected without matching actual service volumes or menu requirements.
Cooking equipment installed without adequate exhaust capacity.
Cold rooms and freezers undersized for actual storage needs.
Equipment suppliers who disappear after installation, leaving hotels without spare parts or service.
Working with a supplier who handles equipment selection, installation, and long-term support under one roof helps avoid these issues.
Hotel bakeries and pastry sections — supplying breakfast breads, banquet desserts, and in-room amenities — need equipment that can produce consistently at volume.
See our bakery equipment range →Several factors influence the overall cost of a hotel kitchen equipment project:
More F&B outlets mean more equipment and larger cooking lines
International brands vary in pricing based on build quality and capacity
Cold room size, number of units, and insulation specifications affect cost significantly
Room count and linen volume determine washer and dryer sizing
Site conditions, MEP coordination, and access affect installation time and cost
Ongoing support arrangements add to total project value
